Depending on the vehicle manufacturer, different tightening torques are specified for the compressed air connections. These must be strictly adhered to, as otherwise important components, such as the seal (O-ring), may be crushed and damaged. In most cases, tightening torques of 2–5 Nm are specified. We therefore strongly advise that you adhere to the specified values. The pressure line is held in place by a compression ring. The O-ring ensures that air cannot escape from the system.
