Compressors
The compressor is the heart of an air suspension system. It ensures the desired and necessary pressure in the system when switching between the different levels in the vehicle. In the at autoteile germany range, you will find both individual compressors (at12040, OE comparison numbers 95B616006D, 95B616006C), which is suitable for VAG/Porsche,
Air supply system
as well as a complete air supply system (at10567, OE comparison numbers 37106769082, 37106775015, 37106785505), which is suitable for BMW E61 (year of manufacture 2003–2010).

Repair
Relays
Both options guarantee flawless operation. Replacing the individual compressor may be sufficient for a timely repair. The OEM relay is included in our scope of delivery (at10726, OE comparison numbers 4H0951253A, 95861502900) always included for VAG.
The relay is an essential component when it comes to the function of the compressor. We always supply relays from the original equipment. If the relay burns out, the compressor runs continuously and overheats over time.
Cutter
When installing the compressor, the pressure lines must be reconnected. These must not be cut with pliers or similar tools, as this may cause crushing or deformation of the pressure line. This would result in a leak in the system. We recommend using the specially developed at autoteile germany cutter (at14132).
The design is specially adapted to the pressure line and is equipped with a sharp blade. This guarantees a clean cut and a tight fit.
Socket wrench compressed air connection
Do not use a ring spanner or pliers to attach it, but tighten it firmly by hand. Otherwise, there is a risk of crushing the O-ring. Since the connector is made of metal but the thread in the compressor is made of plastic, over-tightening could cause further damage. The thread in the compressor would be destroyed and the compressor would be unusable.
This is best achieved with the at autoteile germany tool (at13378, OE comparison numbers 2113200825, 2113201625).
This allows the connector to be attached firmly and securely by hand.
